Redmi Note 17 Series Raffle Promotion

By participating in the Redmi Note 17 Series Raffle Promotion, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to customers who purchase any participating Redmi Note 17 Series device from authorized Xiaomi Store PH branches or the official Xiaomi Store PH website during the promotional period.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
  • Employees of Xiaomi Store PH, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Raffle Registration

  • Participants must complete the official online raffle registration form.
  • All required information must be accurate, complete, and match the participant's valid government-issued ID and proof of purchase.
  • Required information includes:
    • Full Name (same as in the government-issued ID)
    • Complete Address
    • Contact Number
    • Email Address
    • Date of Purchase
    • Store/Branch
    • IMEI/Serial Number
    • Official Receipt or Proof of Purchase

3. Entry Validation

  • Each eligible purchased device is entitled to the corresponding number of raffle entries as specified in the official promotion mechanics.
  • Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or illegible entries may be disqualified.
  • Xiaomi Store PH reserves the right to verify all submitted information before confirming eligibility.

4. Proof of Purchase

  • Participants must retain the original official receipt, invoice, and the purchased device.
  • Winners may be required to present these documents during prize verification and claiming.

5. Selection of Winners

  • Winners will be selected through an official raffle draw conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • The raffle draw schedule and announcement of winners will be published through Xiaomi Store PH's official channels.

6. Prize Claiming

  • Winners must present:
    • Valid government-issued ID
    • Original Official Receipt or Proof of Purchase
    • Winning notification (if applicable)
  • Failure to submit the required documents within the prescribed claiming period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Disqualification

Xiaomi Store PH reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Submits false or misleading information.
  • Uses duplicate or invalid proof of purchase.
  • Tampers with the registration process.
  • Violates any promotion rules or applicable laws.

8. Privacy

By registering, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information solely for the administration of this promotion, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and other purposes permitted under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

9. Limitation of Liability

Xiaomi Store PH shall not be liable for:

  • Technical issues affecting the online registration process.
  • Lost, delayed, incomplete, or failed submissions due to internet connectivity or system errors.
  • Any unauthorized access to participant information resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. General Conditions

  • Xiaomi Store PH reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all entries.
  • Decisions regarding participant eligibility, validation, and winner selection shall be final, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approval.
  • Xiaomi Store PH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances, fraud, technical issues, or as required by law.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the raffle registration form, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the official promotion mechanics.
