SHIPPING POLICY & RATES (NEW)

Within Metro Manila

  • Standard delivery takes 3–6 working days within Metro Manila and 7–15 working days for provincial areas. Our couriers are doing their best to pick-up and deliver orders in the shortest time possible. Delivery schedules depend on the shipping address and logistics availability. No deliveries are made on weekends and holidays.

Note: To speed up delivery, customers may book third-party couriers such as Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, or JoyRide and select “Pick-up” as the delivery method. A notification will be sent once the order is ready.

Reminders:

  • Delivery must be to an accessible address; restrictions may apply.
  • Customer must be present or provide an authorized representative with valid ID.
  • Couriers will wait up to 15 minutes; failed delivery may incur a redelivery fee for the second attempt.
  • Our fulfillment team will text/call and/or email customer for delivery confirmation.
  • Once handed to third-party couriers, the Authorized Xiaomi Store PH is not liable for loss or damage.

Outside Metro Manila

Shipping fees depend on weight, size, and location and are shown at checkout.

Please be advised that our website calculates fees primarily by weight. Additional shipping fee may apply for large/bulky items, or insured products such as smartphones for safe handling, or bound for areas outside Metro Manila

Reminders:

  • Delivery address must be serviceable.
  • If the area is inaccessible, customers will be notified via text message and call.
  • Once handed to third-party couriers, the Authorized Xiaomi Store PH is no longer liable for loss or damages.
