1. ELIGIBILITY
• The promo is open to customers who purchased any eligible Redmi Note 17 Series unit at participating authorized GMC Mi Stores/Kiosks from September 15, 2026 to October 31, 2026.
•To qualify for the raffle, the customer must fully pay for, claim, register, and activate the eligible device from November 3, 2026 to November 10, 2026
•Raffle entries shall be awarded as follows:
Redmi Note 17 Series Non-Pro Model – One (1) raffle entry
Redmi Note 17 Series Pro Model – Two (2) raffle entries
•Each eligible device may only be registered once. Duplicate submissions using the same IMEI/Serial Number shall not qualify for additional raffle entries.
•Employees, officers, agents, and immediate family members up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of Grimalkin Corporation (GMC), Xiaomi Philippines, participating agencies, and other entities directly involved in the promotion are not eligible to participate.
2. PROMO PERIOD
•Pre-Order Period: September 15, 2026 to October 31, 2026.
•Device Claiming and Activation Period: November 3, 2026 to November 10, 2026.
•Raffle Entry Registration Period: November 11, 2026 to November 20, 2026.
•Grand Raffle Draw: November 23, 2026 at 3:00 PM
3. HOW TO JOIN
•Qualified customers must access the official Redmi Note 17 Series Raffle Campaign Microsite through the Xiaomi Webstore and complete the official online raffle entry form.
•Customers must provide accurate and complete purchase and device information, including their name, contact details, purchase information, store location, IMEI/Serial Number, pre-order details, and proof of purchase.
•Submission of the online raffle entry form does not automatically guarantee a valid raffle entry. All submissions shall be subject to verification of eligibility, purchase, registration, and device activation.
4. VERIFICATION AND DIGITAL RAFFLE ENTRY CODE
•All submitted entries shall be verified against the applicable sales and device activation records.
•Upon successful verification, the qualified customer shall receive a unique Digital Raffle Entry Code through the registered mobile number via SMS and/or registered email address.
•Entries with invalid, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, or unverifiable information, or entries involving devices that do not meet the promo requirements, shall be disqualified.
5. RAFFLE DRAW
•The Grand Raffle Draw shall be held on November 23, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Grimalkin Corporation – Xiaomi Head Office, Quezon City.
•The raffle draw shall be conducted in the presence of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in accordance with the approved promotional mechanics.
•Winning entries shall be selected through a random electronic or computer-assisted raffle draw system. Reserve winners shall also be drawn, as applicable, in accordance with the approved promo mechanics.
6. PRIZES
Grand Prize: One (1) Xiaomi SU7 Ultra High-Performance EV
2nd Prize: One (1) Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Pro
3rd Prize: One (1) Aluminum Frame Luggage 26"
Consolation Prize: Five (5) winners of PHP 2,000 e-vouchers (redeemable on the official Xiaomi Webstore with no minimum spend).

•Each participant may win only one (1) prize.
•All prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING
•Winners shall be announced through the official Xiaomi Store Philippines – Grimalkin Corporation Facebook page and shall be contacted using the information provided in their raffle entry.
•Before claiming the prize, winners must undergo verification and present a valid Pre-order claim Stub, proof of purchase, a valid government-issued ID, and other documents that may reasonably be required for verification and prize release.
•The information provided in the raffle entry must reasonably correspond with the winner's identification and supporting documents.
8. TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
•The 20% tax applicable to prizes exceeding PHP 10,000.00, including applicable vehicle registration taxes, duties, fees, and other related charges for the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, shall be shouldered by the customer/winner in accordance with the agreement among Grimalkin Corporation (GMC) and Xiaomi Philippines, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and DTI requirements. The customer/winner shall likewise shoulder all costs and expenses related to the transfer, registration, and lawful use of the vehicle, including Comprehensive Insurance, Deed of Sale, License/Vehicle Registration, LTO registration and related fees, Third-Party Liability (TPL) Insurance, and other required documents, taxes, fees, and charges that may be imposed by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) or other relevant government agencies.
•The customer/winner shall likewise shoulder applicable costs and expenses related to the transfer, registration, insurance, documentation, and lawful use of the vehicle, including applicable LTO registration and related fees, TPL insurance, and other government-imposed charges.
9. DATA PRIVACY
•By participating in the promo, customers consent to the collection, processing, use, and storage of their personal information by Grimalkin Corporation for purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, processing raffle entries, contacting winners, releasing prizes, and complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
•Personal information shall be handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable privacy regulations and policies.
10. GENERAL PROVISIONS
•Grimalkin Corporation reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that violates these Terms and Conditions or the approved promo mechanics.
•Any matter not specifically covered herein shall be governed by the applicable rules and regulations of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
•The final decision shall rest with the discretion of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), with their concurrence.
