ORDER RETURN & REFUND GUIDELINES
This policy applies only to items purchased from xiaomistoreph.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items with factory defects or damages may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date received, subject to inspection and evaluation.
To request a return or exchange, email your complete order details to support@xiaomistoreph.com using your Order Number as the email subject.
Required details:
- Order ID
- Name & Contact Number
- Product Model/Variant
- Serial Number / IMEI
- Purchase & Delivery Dates
- Complete Address
- Copy of Official Receipt
- Photo and Video Proof of Defect
- Description of Concern
Please wait for confirmation from Customer Support before returning the item.
Important Notes:
- Requests without the original and untampered receipt/invoice will not be accepted.
- Returned items must include complete packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories in good condition.
- Discounted items will be exchanged based on the net amount paid.
- If the same item is unavailable, customers may choose an item of equal or higher value and pay the price difference if applicable.
- Customers will shoulder all shipping fees for returns and exchanges.
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or resellers are not covered by this policy.
- As stipulated in the Consumer Act of the Philippines, returns are not accepted for damages caused by mishandling or change of mind.
Return Options:
- Within NCR: Defective items may be dropped off at participating Xiaomi Stores or Kiosks for forwarding to the Head Office.

Outside NCR: Items must be shipped to the Head Office at 46 Joy St., Grace Village, Quezon City.
Note: Xiaomi Stores and Kiosk branches do not process replacements for items purchased from xiaomistoreph.com. They may only accept returns and forward the items to the Head Office, c/o Aftersales team, for further evaluation.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled due to:
- Force majeure or unforeseen events such as calamity or bad weather conditions.
- Out-of-stock items or system error, Incorrect pricing, promotions, or product details
- Non-compliance with order requirements
To request cancellation, email support@xiaomistoreph.com. Cancellation requests are subject to approval.
Approved cancellations will receive confirmation via email. Delivery fees and applicable cancellation charges are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Xiaomistoreph.com offers no guarantee on the timeliness of the refunds. The processing of payment may take time depending on the guidelines provided by the respective banks and/or payment provider. Please allow 7–14 working days for refund processing, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Handling fees, shipping fees, and applicable cancellation charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
For hygiene and personal care items that have been opened, refunds or returns will not be accepted.
Note: A cancellation fee will be applied to each transaction on xiaomistoreph.com, and the fee amount may vary depending on the payment method used during the transaction and will be deducted from the refund amount.
