How to pay for my order?

You may pay for your order via:
  • GCash Payment - the Gcash payment option will be seen once you check out and be redirected to the Paynamics payment gateway web site.
  • Credit Card and Debit Card Straight Payment Card - we’ve partnered with Paynamics so you can make secure, convenient, and reliable payments via credit card or debit card.

    Note: As of now, we don't offer installment plans on our web store but we'll improve on this moving forward. You may also directly coordinate with your bank to have your order/future orders in longer payment terms.

Is it safe to transact with my credit card/debit card?

Your credit card information is never stored in our servers. It is encrypted and transmitted through 128-bit Secure Socket Layer straight to a top security electronic vault.

Do you offer installments?

Yes, we offer a 0% interest rate on Unionbank/Citibank cards. You may select it upon checkout.

How long will my order be delivered?

Our standard shipping duration is 2-4 working days within Metro Manila and 5-15 working days in provincial areas. Our couriers are doing their best to pick-up and deliver orders in the shortest time possible.

Note: The delivery lead time varies depending on the buyer's delivery address. We do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, including holidays.

How can I track my order?

We inform the customer about the status of their order through text message and/or email.

Note: We only process orders on WEEKDAYS (excluding holidays).

Can I opt to have my item be picked up by Grab/Lalamove?

You may book, pay for the shipping fee and arrange the pick-up at our Head Office located in 46 Joy St. Balingasa, Quezon City.

To apply this online, please choose “PICK-UP” as delivery method.

*Please give us at least 1-2 business days lead time excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays to prepare your order and kindly wait for our advice regarding the schedule before booking a pick-up.

Note: A pick-up confirmation message will be sent to the customer's phone number and/or email address if the item is ready for pick-up.

Can I personally pick my order up from your Head Office?

Yes, we can arrange your order for pick-up.

Please choose “PICK-UP” as shipping method upon checkout.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Xiaomi Store Online thrives to make all product offerings accessible to all customers in the Philippines. However, due to geographical restrictions and limitations, our in-house delivery or 3rd party team will only deliver the orders in the nearest serviceable area. If our delivery team won’t be able to reach your delivery area, you will be notified via text message and call.

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) and COP (Cash on Pick-Up) available?

While COD and COP transactions are currently not being offered, our team is working hard to make this option available soon.

Do you issue an Official Receipt/Sales Invoice?

Yes! We can issue an official receipt/sales invoice. To request an Official Receipt, please include details (Company Name, Company Address & TIN Number) in the notes section before check out.
