Within Metro Manila
  • Our standard shipping duration is 2-4 working days within Metro Manila and 5-15 working days in provincial areas. Our couriers are doing their best to pick-up and deliver orders in the shortest time possible.

    Note: The delivery lead time varies depending on the buyer's delivery address and the delivery schedule set by our logistics team. We do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, including holidays.

  • To expedite process, the customer may opt to use third-party courier services such as GrabExpress / Lalamove / Angkas / JoyRide and pay for the shipping fee. The customer must choose “Pick-up” as the delivery method then he/she will receive a text message or email once order is ready for dispatch/pick-up.

Reminders for delivery:

  • The delivery address must be accessible and serviceable. With geographical limitations and restrictions, If our delivery team won’t be able to reach your delivery area, you will be informed via text message and call.

  • The customer must be present on the day of the delivery. If another person will receive it in place of the customer, he/she must prepare an authorization letter with a copy of their valid government issued ID. 

  • The delivery team can only wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before moving on to the next delivery, and a redelivery fee will apply for the second attempt.

  • Our fulfillment team will text/call and/or email the customer for delivery confirmation before proceeding with the delivery. Our team will ask who will be the recipient of the order and/or for delivery instructions to be forwarded to our delivery team.

Reminders for Pick up:

  • If Third-party courier (e.g. Grab/Lalamove/Pandago): 
It is the customer's responsibility to book and pay for the delivery fee of their preferred third-party courier service. Pick-up details will be sent to the customer.

Once the order has been picked-up by the courier, the Authorized Xiaomi Store PH is no longer liable for any losses and/or damages.
  • If Personal pick-up
The customer will be informed once their order is ready and pick-up details will be sent via e-mail and text message.

The customer must present their valid government issued ID upon picking up their order.

Outside Metro Manila

The shipping fee—depending on weight, size and delivery location—will be included upon check-out.

Note: Our website's automatically calculated shipping fees are only based on weight, making them inaccurate for large/bulky orders. As a result, an additional shipping fee for orders outside of Metro Manila will be charged.
